Benita Nowak is a corporate real estate executive with over 40 years of experience building and leading enterprise real estate platforms across the United States and Canada. She has held direct oversight of a 5M SF portfolio supporting $16M+ in annual occupancy spend across industrial, logistics, and office assets.

Prior to founding Nowak Property Group, Benita served as Head of Corporate Real Estate for Comprehensive Logistics Co., where she directed full lifecycle strategy for a rapidly growing logistics and manufacturing-support company serving Fortune 500 automotive and industrial clients. She has also held corporate real estate leadership roles at Goodyear, Burger King, Darden Restaurants, and Thorntons.
